Property Maintenance Checklist for Greystanes Homeowners

A little regular attention prevents almost every expensive repair. This is the seasonal rhythm we recommend to our Greystanes customers.

Every fortnight

Mow, edge and blow down paths. Empty green waste. Quick check of gates, fences and taps.

Monthly

Weed garden beds, top up mulch as needed, hedge check. Inspect eaves and downpipes for early signs of blockage.

Every 6 months

Full gutter clean (spring and autumn). External window clean. Pressure wash driveways, paths and outdoor entertaining areas.

Annually

External house wash, fence and pergola clean, roof and gutter inspection, garden refresh with fresh mulch and any replacement plantings.

Before storm season

Clear gutters and downpipes, trim back branches near the roof line (up to 3m — we'll refer an arborist for anything higher), and check outdoor drains.
